Clients are expected to fulfill their communication obligations in a timely, professional, and respectful manner. Our goal is to ensure smooth project execution and to address client needs and concerns as efficiently as possible.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

All projects undertaken by The Farm Studios are governed by mutually agreed-upon contracts, which outline the specific terms, deliverables, deadlines, and payment conditions for each project.

These agreements are essential to ensuring that both the studio and the client are on the same page and that expectations are clearly defined. Clients are expected to review all terms and provide written consent before any project work begins.

Our standard contract includes the following clauses:

  • Mediation: A neutral third party may be engaged to facilitate discussion and resolution.

  • Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, we may proceed with arbitration to reach a binding resolution.

  • Legal Proceedings: As a final resort, we may escalate to legal action, and disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, or New York, depending on the location of the parties involved.
